Independent: we don’t bid, broker or take a cut of any sale. We don’t sell your data or accept payment from sellers.
Rules we hold ourselves to
- Real, open listings only, each with its own photo (credited) and link
- No spread without 2+ verified, linked sold comps
- Spreads are labeled “before pickup & repairs” unless pickup is estimated and shown
- Close times in Eastern Time; bids marked with when we saw them
- Free finds: under 72 hours old, still up, no addresses or names
